Every order placed with Express Promo will receive a digital mockup prior to any production occurring. You will have the opportunity to requests revisions on this mockup free of charge. We do not charge extra for revisions on artwork.
We only decorate and produce your items when we receive your authority and returned artwork approval.
Once artwork is approved you will benefit from market leading production times on offer by Express Promo. Each individual product listing will outline production times.
We deliver Australia Wide and primarily ship from our Newcastle, NSW based warehouse along with shipping directly from Brisbane, Sydney & NZ facilities, this will vary depending on the exact products ordered.
