You want to make sure the item you're ordering will best represent your business. Before any order moves into production, we send through an artwork approval where you will have the chance to check the logo and/or text is correct. It will also indicate the size of the maximum decoration area, product colour, decoration colour(s) and the quantity ordered. Before your order moves through to production, this artwork will need to be approved so it's important all details are checked thoroughly.
If you’re unsure how your logo will look and want to see your approval prior to paying for your order, simply add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout and select “Order Now Pay After Art Approval” as the payment method. Your order will then be sent to our design team who will create the proof for you. Once you’re happy with the artwork, we can then send a link or invoice for payment and your order will move into production.
If you’re still unsure, we have a few more options that may help to put your mind at ease;
VIRTUAL SAMPLE
A virtual sample is a life-like digital representation of how your finished product will look. It's great to get an idea of how your chosen decoration will look on the finished product.
BLANK SAMPLE
If you want to see and feel the product before placing your order, a physical undecorated sample is ideal. The blank sample won't have your logo decoration however it is a cost-effective way to see the product to ensure the chosen item best represents your business.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
A pre-production sample is a single run of your chosen item. There is time involved in setting up the decoration so it can be costly (approx $100-$200) to produce.
We deliver Australia Wide and primarily ship from our Newcastle, NSW based warehouse along with shipping directly from Brisbane, Sydney & NZ facilities, this will vary depending on the exact products ordered.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image to a product from a laser etched printing plate. It is one of the most popular and affordable ways of branding promotional products due to its ability to reproduce images on uneven or curved products and print multiple colours in a single pass.
Screen printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for branding flat or cylindrical objects.
Imitation etch is a special pad printing ink used for producing an etch like effect on glass products.
Sublimation print is used for branding products that have a special coating on them or fabrics suitable for the sublimation process. A transfer is produced by printing sublimation ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing it onto the product.
Debossing is produced by pressing a hot engraved metal plate into the surface of a product with a lot of pressure. This produces a permanent image below the surface of the product. Some products offer thermo debossing, which creates a stunning two-tone finish.
Direct to product rotary digital printing involves the transfer of UV ink directly from inkjet print heads and can be used to produce both spot colour and full colour branding.
Laser engraving produces a permanent natural finish using a laser to mark the product. Different materials produce different effects when engraved so to avoid uncertainty pre-production samples are recommended.
This production method is used for printing media such as paper, vinyl and magnetic material used in the manufacture of labels, badges and fridge magnets etc.
Embroidery is an excellent way of branding bags, apparel and other textile products. It offers higher perceived value and a depth of branding quality which other processes can’t match and the finished image has a slightly raised effect. Embroidery uses rayon thread which is stitched into the product.
Resin coated finish is produced by printing the artwork onto a vinyl material with strong adhesive on the reverse. The branded area is coated with a crystal clear resin which is allowed to dry. Once dry, the finished decal is applied to the product and the adhesive forms a permanent bond.
Digital adhesive labels are used to brand products that cannot be branded with any other method. They are printed with a digital printing press and applied to the product.
This production method is a CMYK digital branding process designed specifically for silicone surfaces.
