How can I check the quality?
What will my item look like?
Where will my logo go?
You want to make sure the item you’re ordering will best represent your business. So if you’re asking these questions, we have multiple sample options that will help in the decision making process to put your mind at ease.
VIRTUAL SAMPLE
A virtual sample is a life-like digital representation of how your finished product will look. It’s great to get an idea of how your chosen decoration will look on the finished product.
A virtual sample will also help to showcase the maximum decoration area so you can get a good idea of the scale or your logo on your chosen item.

ARTWORK APPROVAL
An artwork approval is a flat image provided for all orders placed with Express Promo. This is your proof to check the logo and/or text is correct.
It will also indicate the size of the maximum decoration area, colour chosen and quantity ordered. Before your order moves through to production, this artwork will need to be approved so it’s important all details are checked. We can also create this approval prior to placing your order if you would like to see the design of your chosen item before committing.

BLANK SAMPLE
If you want to see and feel the product before placing your order, a physical undecorated sample is ideal. The blank sample won’t have your logo decoration however it is a cost effective way to see the product to ensure the chosen item best represents your business.
The sample is free of charge if the item value is under $10. Items over this price will be charged at the lowest price point. Blank samples will incur a shipping charge of $14.95 ex GST. The sample cost (excluding delivery) will be credited to you if your order is over $500 ex GST.
Test the look, feel and quality in person.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
A pre-production sample is a single run of your chosen item. There is time involved in setting up the decoration so it can be costly (approx $100-$200) to produce.
50% of the pre-production sample cost will be credited to your order if the order is over $1,000 ex GST.
There is also time involved in creating the pre-production sample so it’s also not recommended if you’re in a hurry!
