All of our prices include setup costs, custom branding as described on the product page and free delivery australia wide. To ensure you are eligible to take advantage of these unique offers we have some Terms and conditions below that should be followed.
Our pricing, minimum quantities, decoration included, etc are all clearly outlined on the product pages. So be sure to read the product page to confirm all details before ordering. If you require additional print colours or positions to what are advertised then please contact us before ordering.
When placing an order simply add details for your customisation, choose your product colour and add your items to your shopping cart. Then proceed through checkout to complete your order. All orders will receive an artwork approval for sign off prior to production with the ability of revisions, to ensure you receive exactly what you are after.
On the rare occasion a specific item may be out of stock in your chosen colour. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as this is realised and offer an alternative product or refund if necessary. This will only happen on the rare occasion.
If you cannot locate and supply this file we may need to charge a logo redraw fee as our free setup applies to text, position and sizing but not the redraw of logo's.
If you can supply your logo in the formats mentioned above then there is not extra charge at all to add your logo to the design.
You will receive a free artwork approval prior to production (excluding exact repeats) to ensure all details are correct and approved before production. Once your artwork approval is sent to your email we cannot start production until we receive your confirmed approval back. All production times advertised begin when confirmed approval is received back from the client.
